  1. Start the identification process by sending SMAP the required documentation in the following FORM. Remember to add photos of both sides of a valid DNI, NIE or European ID card, or a passport if you are not from the EU.

  2. Once the documentation has been verified by SMAP, the user will receive a PIN by SMS to the phone number entered.

  3. Download the BiciPalma App

  4. With the PIN received, the user will be able to identify himself/herself in the new Bicipalma service App

  5. Once in the system, fill in the missing user data in the App, identify a payment method and purchase a voucher. Registration is complete!
