BiciPalma offers pedal bikes and e-bikes.
REGISTRATION
Registration is free. Fill in the registration form HERE and you will receive a PIN for your user. You must complete your details and enter a crèdit card to enable it and start riding.
BOOKING AND RENTAL
Scan the QR code on the bike with the APP: First the dock anchor will be unlocked and then the wheel framelock will be unlocked. Check the operation and penalties of the reservation in the FAQs.
PAUSE RIDE
Do you want to park for a moment without returning the bike? You just have to close the wheel lock outside a station and the bike will go into PAUSE/PARKING mode. To open it again you can press "Resume rental" or "Open lock" in your APP rental.
RETURN
To return the bike you have to dock the bike at an official station and close the framelock. When the station is detected, the rental will be closed. Leaving bikes outside the stations will be penalized according to the T&C. Check out the FAQs for more info.
